I am sure you are interested in Leadership and learning about leadership. So am I!

I love to read and learn. I love to meet people, and learn from them. And above all, I love to share.  This site is just a humble experiment to share.

I am an IT professional leading Analytics, Data Science, and Business Intelligence teams at a Fortune 500 retail company. But fundamentally I am a student, a lifelong student of leadership.

With 20+ years of experience in the corporate world, working at various Fortune 500 companies such as General Electric (GE),  Clorox, NBC, Merck, Pfizer, Citibank, Bank of America, NBC, UBS, Time, and many others as a consultant or as a full-time employee, and being an engineer with MS and MBA degrees, I think there are a few things that I have learned about leadership that I can share. Hence this site.

Whether it was a history hundreds of years ago, or it is in the present time. You would have seen that leadership is the most important aspect that affects our lives. And history is restricted to a few people. In fact we all need to become leaders in whatever field we are working in. At the same time we can learn a lot from the successful leaders.

Learning is not restricted to schools only, and leadership cannot be obtained by a mere certificate. Leadership education is gained from and applicable to real life. As an observant student of leadership, all I do here is explore and try to learn about various leadership qualities.

There are many people in the world, but not enough leaders.

Let us learn. Let us improve. Let us develop a great leader within us, because the future belongs to leaders.
