We call the listed phone number and confirm the address, hours, and services match what's published on the directory.
Licenses, certifications, and insurance are matched against the issuing authority. Anything we can't confirm is left blank — never guessed.
A second editor reviews the compiled profile for accuracy, tone, and completeness before it's approved to publish.
Every verified listing is re-checked at least every six months, and sooner when a family reports a change.
Families and providers can flag any listing. We review updates within three business days.
