We built the directory we wished our
own families had

SeniorTrust is an independent, nationwide directory of professionals who serve
older adults — researched by people, not scraped by bots.

Our story

In 2019, one of our founders spent eleven days trying to find a memory care community and an elder law attorney for her father. She called listings that had closed years earlier, filled out forms that sold her phone number to six different companies, and never once saw a license number or a service area on a page.

SeniorTrust exists to make that eleven days into an afternoon. We research each provider ourselves, record what we verified and when, and publish it plainly — services, coverage, credentials, associations, and reputation, all on one page.

We now cover more than a dozen service categories across the United States, from hospice and home care to downsizing, home modification, and veterans benefits guidance.

Accuracy first

Every listing is researched by a person, cited to a primary source, and re-checked on a schedule.

Family-side loyalty

We don't sell your information as a lead. Providers cannot buy a better rating or ranking.

Radical transparency

We show what we know and when we last verified it, including where the data came from.

Warmth in hard moments

Most people arrive here during a crisis. Clarity and calm are design requirements, not extras.

About our process

Who is behind SeniorTrust?

A small team of researchers, former care managers, and product designers who kept watching families struggle with outdated directories.

How often are listings updated?

Verified listings are re-reviewed at least every six months, and sooner if a family reports a change.

Can providers edit their own profiles?

Providers can submit corrections, which our editorial team reviews against a primary source before publishing.
